Privacy

Doom Sumo 2.6 is a community competitive ladder. This page explains exactly what it stores about you, why, and how to have it removed.

What we store

• Your Discord ID and username (from signing in / being added to the ladder).
• Your Overwatch BattleTag, if you link one with /link.
• Your match results, ladder standings, tournament placements, and any predictions you make.

We ask Discord only for your identity — not your email — and we store nothing you don't give us by playing.

Why

To run the ladder and tournaments: to know who played whom, keep the standings, and stop someone reporting results as another player. The lawful basis is your participation — you provide this data by linking your account and registering for seasons.

Who can see it

Standings, brackets, and results are public — that's the point of a leaderboard, and your display name and record appear on the site and in Discord. Admins can see the same plus your linked BattleTag. We don't sell anything or share it with third parties, and we run no advertising or tracking — the only cookies we set keep you signed in and remember your theme.

How long

Match history and past seasons are kept so lifetime records and archives stay accurate. If you ask to be removed, we delete your player record and the matches tied to it.

Removing your data

Two ways, either works:

• Ask an admin in the Discord — they can remove you from the panel.
• Email the bot's creator at [email protected].

You can also unlink your BattleTag yourself any time with /unlink.
