Terms of Use

Doom Sumo 2.6 is a free community competitive ladder and tournament system. By registering, linking your account, or taking part in a season, you agree to these terms.

Who can play

You need a Discord account and membership of the community server. You're responsible for what happens under your account — keep it yours, and don't play on someone else's behalf to game the ladder.

Fair play

Keep it competitive and honest. Don't:

• cheat, exploit, or use anything that gives an unfair advantage;
• report false scores, throw matches, or manipulate standings;
• smurf, use alt accounts, or impersonate another player;
• harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff.

Breaking these can cost you your results, your ladder spot, or your access — at the admins' discretion.

Results & disputes

Admins and referees run the seasons, brackets, and ladder. When a result is disputed, a ref sets the real score, and their decision is final. Season structure, timers, and roles are configured by the admins and can change between seasons.

Your data

What we store and how to have it removed is covered in the privacy policy. In short: your Discord identity, your BattleTag if you link one, and your match results — no email, nothing sold.

No guarantees

This is a volunteer-run community service provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we can't promise it's always available or error-free, and seasons may be reset or corrected when something goes wrong. To the extent the law allows, Doom Sumo 2.6 and its admins aren't liable for any loss arising from using it.

Changes

These terms may change as the community grows; the current version always lives here. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
